Corporate Gift Baskets for 2026: A Guide to Gifting Clients & Employees

How to pick baskets by budget, send to a whole list at once, and get one invoice for all of it.

Frigo Feast Italian gift basket

A gift basket is one of the easiest ways to thank a client, welcome a new hire or say thanks to a team. It’s food people actually use, it shows up with your name on the note, and nobody has to guess a size or a style.

At Frigo’s, our Italian gift baskets are packed by hand at our deli in Springfield, Massachusetts, with the same imported pasta, sauces, cheeses and Italian sweets we stock on our own shelves. We ship them anywhere in the U.S., and businesses send them to one person or to a whole list.

This guide covers how to pick baskets, how sending to a list works, and what to include in your note. If you already know what you need, browse our gift baskets or email giftbaskets@frigofoods.com for a quote.

Who businesses send gift baskets to

  • Clients and customers: a thank-you after a project, a renewal or a good year.
  • Employees and teams: one basket per person, or a bigger one for the break room.
  • New homeowners: realtors, lenders and attorneys send these at closing.
  • Referral partners: a thank-you to the people who send business your way.
  • New hires: a welcome on the first day.

Picking baskets by budget

Every basket is a good fit for business gifting, so most companies pick by budget and by how many people they’re sending to. Here’s how our baskets break down:

A common approach is one tier for the whole list, with a step up for a handful of key clients. You can mix and match however you like.

Sending to an office? The Office Party Gift Basket is made for a break room, with plenty to share.

Want to add wine? Any basket can include wine as an add-on.

How sending to a list works

  1. Pick your baskets. Choose one for everyone, or mix and match.
  2. Send us one list. Email giftbaskets@frigofoods.com with how many gifts you need, when you need them by, and where each one is going.
  3. We pack and ship. Every basket goes out with its own note, and you get one invoice for the whole order.

If you’d rather hand them out yourself, you can pick up at either store: 90 William St in Springfield or 159 Shaker Rd in East Longmeadow.

What to write on the note

Keep it short and personal. A good note says who it’s from, says thanks for something specific, and stops there. For example:

  • “Thanks for a great year working together. From all of us at [Company].”
  • “Welcome to your new home! Enjoy. [Name], [Company]”
  • “Thank you for the referral. It means a lot. [Name]”
